Exercise
There are many health benefits associated with regular exercise. Exercise reduces your risk of many mental and physical illness’ including: diabetes, cardiovascular disease, certain cancers, depression and dementia.
Exercise can also help you manage stress, sleep better and maintain a healthy weight.

Moving more
It is recommended that you take part in 150 minutes of moderate (increased breathing, able to talk) or 75 minutes of vigorous (breathing fast, difficulty talking) activity per week. However something is better than nothing, just 10 minutes of exercise at a time has health benefits!
